Course description

Providing patient self-care strategies is an essential therapeutic tool in your fertility acupuncture toolkit. Of the many factors contributing to abundant fertility – diet, lifestyle, and reducing reproductive toxin exposure are critical to having a healthy baby. In this course, we will learn evidence-based nutritional supplements, basic guidance to improve chances of conceiving with timed intercourse, and common fertility-boosting lifestyle modifications will also be presented. Reproductive endocrinology and physiology are also strongly affected by reproduction toxin exposure. We will review common toxins and present strategies to avoid them.
